• Provincial Plan Conformity (e.g. Places to Grow, Greenbelt Plans)
• Residential Intensification and Infill
• Community and Neighbourhood Revitalization
• Employment Policy and Land Needs
• Commercial Policy and Land Needs
• Housing Policy Statements
• Land Use Feasibility Studies
